  • An electrical installation condition report provides an assessment of an existing electrical installation, to identify any non conformances against BS7671 wiring regulations.

    An inspection will:

    • Reveal if any of your electrical circuits have a fault you may not be aware of

    • Find any potential electrical shock risks and fire hazards in your electrical installation

    • Identify any defective DIY electrical work

    • Highlight any lack of earthing or bonding

  • Frequency of electrical tests is dependant on the installation. Industry guidelines for rented accommodation recommends that tests are carried out at minimum every 5 years.
