Braithwaite Group were appointed by Lidl UK to deliver a new eco 2021, 26,000 sq ft retail supermarket AND 3,000 sq ft drive thru for Tim Hortons in Great Homer Street, Liverpool.
The scheme was a fantastic transformation which previously used to be a factory and small workshop units which had fallen into state disrepair and require new investment and jobs to the area. The proposed scheme was met with great delight from the local community.
Braithwaite Group delivered the full build and fit out to the Lidl Supermarket, Full shell build to Tim Horton and all hard and soft landscaping to the entire scheme, which had 161 parking spaces on it.
